The approach
Learn by
making noise.
I’ve spent hours listening to singing advice online, often packed with theory. Honestly, a lot of it never clicked for me, I guess I’m just not that guy.
I got tired of explanations that didn’t make sense to me, so I built the kind of hands-on teaching I wish I’d had: first, I get to know your voice, range and situation; then we pick songs that fit and explore by listening, trying things out and learning as we go.
Choose what to sing
Together, we’ll pick songs that suit your voice and goals, including the rock sounds and singers that inspire you.
Learn by doing
We’ll work on your songs hands-on, experimenting until you find a sound that feels like yours. When you’re ready, we can record your song and add some basic mixing, so you have a cover to share with friends.
A little about me
Hey, I’m Seb
I’ve always looked up to singers like Layne Staley. For a long time, singing “Man in the Box” was one of my biggest goals,that kind of power, grit and feeling is what first pulled me into rock singing.
I’ve played in a few bands for fun, and recently started my first serious project: Lavender Scent Candle — the band in the photo on the left!
Theory was never the way I learned best, so I teach the way I wish I’d been taught: hands-on, by trying things out, working on sounds and learning through the songs you love. We’ll experiment, listen and find what works for your voice.
